Late Canadian and Early American Thanksgiving – FreedomFromPsoriasis.com

Thanksgiving (Canadian) has come and gone but gratitude has become an everyday experience.  One of the things I’m most grateful for are the lovely testimonials that come my way from people all over the world. Who knew there were people in Bosnia who use our protocol?

And because the past year and a half has been so challenging, it’s easy to forget the good things that have happened–one of them being virtually free of psoriasis. This is not something I ever thought would happen. But it did! And the protocol didn’t put me in the poor house. And it also didn’t have a whack of nasty side-effects.

Of course I was nervous when I first started doing the protocol. I was the lab rat. I didn’t know what the long term effects of the protocol were going to be.  But seven years have passed and so far, so good.

And one of the other good things is that during that seven years the non-dairy products have vastly improved.  Seven years ago it was really challenging to eliminate dairy from one’s diet. Not so now.

So, all of this is to say that I have much to be grateful for and I hope you do too. We will get through these challenging times. They will become stories that you can tell your grandchildren–who will have a hard time believing that the whole world shut down. Every generation gets something. I guess this is our something.

Focussing on what to be grateful for takes some of the sting away.

Sending much love,

I live in the beautiful city of Vancouver, on the West coast of Canada. I share my apartment with a little Brussels Griffon called Lucky. I like to read and watch movies and draw cartoons and write. I’m also a published author and painter. Mostly I like to putter. And fix things. And think.
